And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Matthew 16:19

Dearest Friend,

Jesus taught his disciples how to pray in such a way that they would always receive answers. The Lord taught them to expect breakthroughs in their daily lives.
​
"Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them." Mark 11:24
​
Prayer helps us to possess the promises of God.
​
There is an authority in prayer that every believer has access to according to the Word of God. Things do not just happen, but the Bible indicates that people who pray can shape their destiny and receive the desired outcome that they are believing for.
​
"For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened." Matthew 7:8
​
What a powerful promise that is that we are to expect answers to our prayers. I call this "unlimited access" to the throneroom of God. The Bible says that God delights when our lives are carried out by the walk of faith (Psalm 37:23).
​
I have heard people pray in unbelief. I have noticed over the years that they never receive answers to prayer. What do I mean? There are people who pray, "Lord give me faith." Why would I say this is unbelief? It is because God has already given everyone a measure of faith. When you pray that way, you don't believe you have faith! (Romans 12:3)
​
That would be like praying, "Lord, if it's your will, help me to win souls!" The Bible already tells us that he is willing that none should perish but that all should come to repentance. He already said, "Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature." It is this kind of prayer that breeds inaction and hinders the will of God in our lives.
​
We must not allow the enemy to block the doorways of opportunity that God has put before us. Jesus has given us the key that opens every door and brings us into the victory that God has prepared for us.
​
I had a minister friend in Canada who the Lord told to expand and buy another building for his church. His confession was, "When I turn the key, I will be debt free!" My friends, that is exactly what happened!
​
Stop saying, "I wish I could be healed."
​
Stop saying, "I don't know why I don't have the money."
​
Stop saying, "I don't know why I don't have my building or my house."
​
Start saying, "I am healed by the stripes Jesus bore." Start saying, "My God supplies all my needs according to his riches by Christ Jesus." Start saying, "There is a home for my family and a building for my business." Change your confession and use your keys that God has given you.
